Quality Supervision & Inspection Center of Latex Products of Chemical industry is a national level professional inspection institution for latex products.Mainly engaged in latex and latex products, rubber and rubber products, paint and coating inspection, technical services, equipment research and development, and standard formulation and revision, and committed to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the latex industry.

      The center always adheres to the quality policy of "fairness, science, authority, and progress", taking fair inspection, scientific inspection, and integrity inspection as its own responsibility, consciously complying with laws and regulations, strictly implementing relevant standards and technical specifications, and effectively practicing social responsibility.

     In 1989, the Ministry of Chemical Industry (89) Huashengzi No. 301 approved the establishment of a ministerial level product quality supervision and inspection agency.

     In 1990, it passed the metrological certification acceptance organized by the former National Technical Supervision Bureau for the first time.

     In 1993, it became the first laboratory in China to undertake quality supervision and inspection of latex products, approved by the former National Bureau of Technical Supervision and the Certification Committee.

     In 2007, it was re evaluated and expanded by the China National Accreditation Commission for Conformity Assessment, covering 100 products and 49 parameters.

     In 2009, it was recognized as a registered testing laboratory by the National Food and Drug Administration.

  In 2011, it successfully passed the on-site evaluation and argumentation organized by the National Accreditation Administration of China.

    In 2012, it was authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration to become the "National Latex Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center".

    In 2014, it was approved by the Industrial (Latex Products) Product Quality Control and Technical Evaluation Laboratory of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

    In 2022, it passed the re evaluation of the China National Accreditation Commission for Conformity Assessment, with a testing capacity covering 152 products and 112 parameters.

    Since its establishment in 1989, the center has undergone more than 30 years of construction and development, and has a professional inspection and technical team to provide customers with high-quality services and professional technical support.

    At present, the total area of the center is 2500 square meters, including a laboratory area of 2200 square meters, a constant temperature area of 1000 square meters, and over 200 sets of instruments and equipment.
